The weather in Sydney is really starting to heat up as we approach what will probably be an intensely warm summer. The Saturday of this shoot I was up early doing a shoot with the fabulous Nicole Ainsworth for Ideal Apparel which was extremely fun and the first time I'd ever had makeup on! 

I then met up with the extremely talented Daniel Harden and took the above shots which I'm super happy with, especially due to the fact it features my new vintage jacket which was a spur of the moment purchase in between the shoots but I'm super happy I did decide to buy it as I love it on and will be in a very heavy rotation come winter! The rest of the outfit is composed of my favourite boots from Ann Demeulemeester, my lovely human potential pants which are fantastically light yet warm and many layers of singlets with raw hems from black noise white rain, I love this whole outfit and can't wait for the day my everyday outfit is more closely aligned with what you see here! I am hoping to organise a shoot soon but due to everyone's busy schedules right now it is proving slightly harder, but it will not be long before you see me again! Hope everyone is well, and getting into the swing of the holiday season!

As I stated last post I have now completed my studies, if you wanted to view my portfolio, it is online at cameronoates.blogspot.com, it is very very nice to have much more time on my weekends and as such you should be seeing a lot more shoots from myself. I will hopefully be collaborating with a few fantastic photographers and creative minds in the comings weeks as well which I am extremely excited about! So look forward to that! 

Myself and Rowland went out on Sunday for a shoot at night, which was a nice change from shooting during the day, unfortunately was not as dark as we wanted for our original location so we made do with some nice areas in the city! In the coming weeks we'll be out again, much later I think, to get the shots at the original location. Felt nice to be back in my Rick Owens and some fantastic pants from May Day Market in Sydney, who have a fantastic aesthetic very similar to the aesthetics of designers such as Rick Owen, Gareth Pugh and Boris Bidjan Saberi but at a price point that is much more affordable at this stage in my life! Coupled with some layers of plain T-shirts and a nice jacket it's a perfect outfit I can easily dress up if I need to, it did make me miss the winter months however, one day I will hopefully live in an area where it's always jacket weather! I hope everyone is well, I have a shoot next weekend with one of my favourite photographers and I am so excited to see what we come up with together, so stay tuned for that and as always take care!

As of writing this post I have successfully finished my graphic design portfolio and it has been sent to the printer! And in just over a week will be graduating! Which will lead to some serious thinking about what to do next year. But it does mean for the foreseeable future I will have much more free time on my weekends! Went out last Saturday for a Shoot with Shannon, on what was an incredibly bright day. It gave me an excuse to shoot a pair of sunglasses I purchased earlier in the year, which I have become really fond of, this is possibly my new favourite shirt, it fits wonderfully and the print is fantastic, its from up and coming Melbourne label Why Die, definitely gonna be seeing a lot of wear! I'm obsessed with this jumpsuit as well, it's so easy to wear with just a plain T-shirt and some vans or sneakers. Have a very exciting shoot coming up very soon, which I hope you'll enjoy as much as myself, and in the meantime take care!
